Well, this is really stretching my back, which feels amazing, and it also allows me to just kind of relax after my day, and especially if I’ve been sitting at the desk a lot, it feels really good. And it allows me to kind of be like a child and get closer to Mother Earth.
I bet that could be really applicable for our viewers who are spending so much time at their desks in front of the screens these days.
It definitely is. It’s a move I would highly recommend.
