Well, it’s really just a great stretch, so it’s making my back feel amazing. I’m on the computer a lot, so this is one of my favorite yoga moves, and I will switch and do the other side, as well.

Do you think there’s a practicality for our listeners off the mat?

I do, I think anytime you stretch, you are growing and you’re learning and you’re developing. So you have to really look at your career and say to yourself, am I pushing myself, am I doing things that maybe are uncomfortable, and how can I grow from that?
