Misty is Purple Ink’s Director of Learning and Development. She is passionate about developing professionals so that they have the tools necessary to enhance their personal drive for success throughout everything they do.
Misty has 18+ years of professional experience in human resources, business administration, and leadership methodologies. She is recognized as a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) leader, a strategic counselor and agent of change, and an avid researcher focusing on the advancement of women of color in leadership and creating equitable spaces.
Misty is a Board Member of Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana.
