The way your workspace looks can have a major impact on your employees. Having art in your office can make employees happier and reduce stress, and studies show that if a workspace incorporates artwork, workers tend to work faster, be more innovative, and form better bonds with coworkers. Bringing nature into your office can also have positive effects; nature relieves stress, makes people think more positively, and improves productivity, creativity, and overall health.

Biophilic design is the concept of bringing nature into an interior space. People and plants depend on each other, and once you bring them into your workspace, it changes the outlook of the space so people can enjoy it and thrive. Incorporating live plants into your space purifies the air, makes people happier and healthier, and makes people want to come to work.
