Why don’t you come out of the posture and then bend back and really trying to get that front knee on top of that front ankle. The strong warrior two is a foundational pose, where you’ll find if you ground down, you’ll actually rise up. Just like in the business world, sometimes when we ask for feedback, it helps us reground and then we get to grow again.
